Three services, each with a clear map
Every Openhand Atlas service is structured: defined scope, set duration, and a specific deliverable you take away. No vague engagements. No open-ended commitments.
Back to HomeHow every session is structured
Each Openhand Atlas service follows the same underlying method: start with the specific situation, work through it methodically, produce something tangible, and end with a clear next step. What changes between services is the context, the duration, and the form of the deliverable.
Before a session begins, we confirm scope in writing. During the session, the assistant focuses on the task rather than exploring adjacent topics. At the end, you leave with a document, a completed workbook section, or a map extract — not a set of notes to interpret later.
This structure applies equally to individual sessions, course cohorts, and six-week community engagements. The scale changes; the method does not.
Scope confirmation
What the session covers and what it does not — agreed before it starts.
Structured working session
Focused, methodical work on the defined task — no diversions.
Tangible deliverable
A printed output you can use immediately — letter, workbook, or map.
Clear next step
The session ends with you knowing exactly what to do next and how.
Consumer Correspondence Support
A 75-minute working session where an assistant helps you put a clear, polite letter or email together to a company or service provider — describing what happened, what you would like to see resolved, and which documents to attach — and provides general information about the publicly listed feedback channels available for that type of business.
Suitable for anyone who finds it hard to know how to phrase a request or where to send it. This is writing and information support only, not advice on your rights or the merits of any matter.
What is included
- 75-minute one-to-one session with an assistant
- One complete letter or email draft
- One revision of wording after the session
- Printed checklist of publicly listed feedback channels
- Guidance on which documents to attach
Session steps
- Bring your background documents and notes on the situation
- Assistant reviews the context and clarifies the goal
- Draft letter or email is produced during the session
- Feedback channel checklist is printed and explained
- Revision request submitted within five working days if needed
RM 480

A four-week evening course (eight two-hour sessions, groups of eight) covering the digital basics that everyday administration now requires: creating and securing an email account, using a smartphone camera to scan documents, registering on public service portals, filling and submitting online forms, spotting suspicious messages, and keeping personal information tidy.
Suitable for beginners and for those helping an older relative navigate these tasks for the first time.

A six-week B2B engagement for residents' associations, community centres and small charities that want a clear, shared map of local support resources — public counters, transport links, community kitchens, learning centres and referral contacts.
Operational and informational consulting only. The engagement produces a physical and digital map your organisation can put to immediate use, plus a template to keep it current without returning to us.
Engagement stages
- 1 Stakeholder interviews — two to three sessions with committee members, volunteers, and frequent users to understand priority resource types
- 2 Field research — physical and online verification of resource locations, operating hours, and contact details
- 3 Map and directory production — physical A2 map and digital PDF, plus printable directory with contact details
- 4 Staff briefing — half-day session explaining how to read and use the map and when to refer residents to listed resources
- 5 Update template handover — simple quarterly template so the organisation can maintain the map in-house
RM 4,480
per engagement
